Philanthropist Success Manager
Proactively manage churn and enhance customer retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with high value philanthropists.
Track customer centric performance metrics, transactions, revenue forecasts; strive to enhance quality of service, goodwill, and retention
Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices
Be the principal ambassador for the organization, with responsibilities for delivering the organization’s work and Impact within our philanthropic(donor) community.
Plan and execute philanthropist outreach programs, events and meetups (online and offline) to effectively communicate the impact and outcome of our projects, share product features and updates, engage in conversation to involve them and welcome their ideas.
Resolve user queries (not limited to: failed payments) & respond to comments/DMs on social platforms in a timely manner.
Technical knowhow of payment gateway
High degree of proficiency in data analytics, reporting, planning and presentation tools.
Ability to conduct research and analysis and deploy monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise efficiently.
2-3 years of overall experience, including corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, international development, grant making, social consultancy or a related field in a sizable organization.
