Client Experience Manager
Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to client inquiries. Precisely understand the client’s needs and offer suitable solutions. Prepare plans while ensuring high profitability and up/cross-sell opportunities.
Clearly articulate brand requirements and communicate them to the internal teams. Wear the brand hat and disseminate information internally. Translate client briefs into specific actionable items for different units within the team.
Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables.
Document the progress of activities across each stage in the sales CRM for seamless coordination and takeover by internal and external teams.
Cultivate lasting relationships with high-value customers.
Keep track of the competition and revenue lost to competitors. Maintain a feedback loop between the inbound, content, and outbound teams on evolving client needs.
Maintain all records and databases in the sales CRM such as customer profiles, etc.
Excellent communication and mediation/negotiation skills. (Verbal: English and Hindi , Written: English)
Experience in media-planning and/or client service from the Media-Advertising industry.
Understanding of Digital content formats and Branded content formats.
Understanding of Content Performance matrices.
Project and People management skills.
Great presentation skills.
Understanding of Leads, Deals, target markets.
Creative Ideation w.r.t to brand integrations, ad-pitches.
Experience in content creation and production process.
Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience in Media Sales, Media Planning with marketing agencies or digital publishers
Marketing or/and Communication background. A MBA degree in Sales & Marketing will be an add on for the role
Work From Home(if required, you would be expected to come to Bangalore office for crucial meetings with core team)
